Size
Each of our products has a size guide that you can consult on the page of the selected item.
Returns
We ask you to report it via email or WhatsApp.
You must provide the following: Order number Model and size of the item you are going to report Photographs of the damaged item
After submitting your report, one of our executives will contact you to continue with the replacement process.
We will send you a new guide in an email, no later than 72 hours after reporting your incident.
You must communicate via email, WhatsApp or telephone, the order number and the email you used when making your purchase will be necessary to start the return process.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivering your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You may return unused merchandise in its original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days of receiving your order. It is important to note that all orders must be returned in the best possible condition, with the invoice included in the package, and we will not accept parts that have been washed, used or worn.
